Overall I believe our first year homeschooling was a success. Lots of ups and downs and honestly I probably learned more about myself than anything this year. I have LOVED being able to teach my children and just spend time with them without rushing out the door everyday and the stress that can have on a momma & children. I remember the year before well - as I tried to get one to kindergarten and the other two plus myself to preschool/work on time. I know it is truly a blessing that I am able to stay home and teach my children. Big shout out here to my hubby who works very hard to allow that to happen!
One of the ways we celebrated the end of the year was by setting up a field day with some other home school friends.
We made t-shirts.
And played lots and lots of games! Thanks to one of the mom's sister, who has a masters in Physical Ed. She planned a day full of games for the kids.
